   Production discount is decent, Salon is stocked with everything you need to do pilus, except your shears, hot tools,etc. Customer catamenia is built in, so it's swell for stylists fresh out of school or who need to build a clientele. Lots of free training from Redken.

   If you happen to become stuck with a lineage of managers who are on a power trip, or who savor messing with their employees, your life tin can exist a living hell. Our salon manager was a bedlamite, and she did not like me. She took every opportunity to make me look bad, inexperienced, and not adept enough. I had been doing hair for over 15 years at that indicate. She enjoyed pitting the stylists confronting each other, all in the proper name of climbing the ladder. There is a very corporate organisation in identify for your advancement, goal setting,etc. It names the stylists as Junior, Regular,Senior,and Master, all based on the money you lot are bringing in, non neccesarily your skill set. I take ever hated those titles in front of "Stylist". It creates an atmosphere of "I'1000 higher up than you".

   -Kept getting interrupted by regular Ulta customers for advice on hair care product when trying to take care of my customer in the chair. Since the salon is open up at least with my feel, I could not give my client all the attending they deserved. Also since they did not have a receptionist at times I had to stop what I was doing with my hair customer to answer the phone.
